Complete Your Rider Profile: Earn 30 points for filling out your complete profile (Name, Shipping Address, Birthday, and Riding Type).

Order Checkout Deduction

Redemption Rate: 100 Points = $1.
No Threshold: Use your points freely on any standard order with no minimum spend required.
Maximum Limit: Points can cover up to 20% of the total product value per order.
Exclusions: Points cannot be used to deduct costs on Flash Sales, Special Offers, Clearances, or Group Buys.

This is an e-membership; no physical cards or membership numbers will be given.
The Light Bicycle Membership & Loyalty Program is only valid for the Light Bicycle website.
Light Bicycle reserves the right, from time to time, to restrict, suspend, or otherwise alter aspects of these Terms & Conditions with or without any prior notice to the members.
Any changes will be shown in the Terms & Conditions on www.lightbicycle.com and will be effective immediately.
Light Bicycle reserves the right to terminate any membership account and revoke any unredeemed points for reasons that include, but are not limited to
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- Supplying false or misleading information or misuse of his/her membership.
- Violation of any law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges.
- Commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of Light Bicycle Membership.
Light Bicycle reserves the right to the final interpretation of these member rules.

7. FAQS

Q: What is the Light Bicycle Membership & Loyalty Program?

A: The Light Bicycle Membership & Loyalty Program is our membership program where members earn points for every purchase, enjoy exclusive rewards, and gain access to special perks and events.
Q: What happens to my points if I cancel my order or return an item?

A: If an order is fully or partially refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account. If your current balance is insufficient, future earned points will be frozen until the deficit is cleared.
Q: Do points expire?

A: Points earned in the current calendar year will expire on December 31st of the following year. Unused points will be cleared automatically. Don’t worry, you’ll get a notification before it happens. Points rewarded through limited-time marketing campaigns may have independent expiration dates, which will be clearly labeled.
Q: Can I transfer my points to others?

A: Points are virtual rewards exclusive to our official website and orders. Points cannot be transferred to other accounts, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged for cash. Points cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the membership holder.
